Job Description

Responsible for mix designs cost reduction and assist in pricing exercises and act as the first point of communication contact for internal and external clients manage documents and customer complaints. Manage raw materials for proper inspection using equipment following ASTM-C33 material standards to ensure all material tests are correctly conducted and supported by documentary evidence and that calibrated equipment is used. Work closely with Branch Managers to provide needed resources to drive operations to high-class performance levels including benchmarking them against industry standards and key competitors. Strengthen technical knowledge and practice in producing accurate Mix Design standards guaranteed and the quality of supply to customers and provide additional knowledge to employees to understand the technique. Identify and improve a safe working environment in the operation and report procedures of the business and maintain QA records and testing standards. Ensure new or revised QA documentation is issued to staff and provide continuous assessment and improved QA and QC systems and performance. Develop new procedures as required to comply with any new material test standards. Maintain and further develop policies in dealing with the Health Safety of employees for the company and working proactively for the company in its efficient and effective implementation. Strengthen knowledge for Team Sales to understand concrete quality of strength timing and maintenance knowledge of concrete and explain to the customers. Provide a good solution and specifications clearly standard with knowledge and expertise. Oversee the authorization of reports and client inquiries regarding technical issues and concerns. Conduct regular team meetings to find solutions for any challenge and bring or propose solutions to management. Job Requirements

Bachelor Master s degree in civil engineering or related technologist technician. At least 5 years experience as a QA QC Manager Technical Services Engineer or Certified Concrete Technologist in the building materials industries (cement concrete admixtures concrete or masonry construction). Admixture products application technology Technical aspects of customer’s products systems building products and applications Knowledge of cement products application technology. Interpersonal skills including conflict resolution Strong oral and written communication skills Honest self-motivated hardworking and responsible person with good character and morality.
