Job Description

• Create periodic work schedule requirement such as internal plan/load plansfrom Master scheduler (PCD). • In charge of material preparers so as to ensure the daily planned work orders are timely achieve date each production process (Cutting, Printing, High Frequency and Sub con). • Ensure sufficient quantity available of material, supplies necessary for daily production by co-coordinating with supervisors and leaders. • Daily communication with production supervisors and leaders to ensure daily plans are executed and updated. • Daily communication with individual planners to ensure material supply is always sufficient for next process. • Have a good appreciation of the workers, their efficiency (gaining respect from workers is essential to keep them motivate, maintaining a good professional relationship with all worker within the line leader, providing a good support and fair judgment to them when required). • Ensure a good application of the company code of conduction and regulation in factory. • Daily compilation of production records and reporting to management. • Weekly reporting to management the current production status of department during Weekly production meeting which affect the department and next process. • Monthly development reporting during DV meeting to ensure department continuous improvement. • Organize Monthly inventory stock checking with production supervisors and leader followed by reporting to the Section head/ Deputy Head within the required cut-off date and timing.

Job Requirements
