- Provide technical post sale project implementation within timeline and satisfaction.
- Working with team in solution design, support, and implementation
- Consulting and providing best practice solution to customer.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 3 years experiences in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft products.
- Experiences in storage and server are preferable.
- MCTS or MSCA is plus
- Proficiency of diagnosing and solving customer issues.
- Good in interpersonal communication
- Good in English writing, listening, and speaking.
- Strong commitment, passion, self-motivation, and team spirit
- Able to work under pressure.
