- Ensure a smooth and favorable working environment for Finance division
- Record all actual invoices from vendors into SAP under respective company and ensure correct treatment of all GLs including Cost/Profit Center. Recording includes Advance payment, Payable clearing, Landed cost, and Trade Payable.
- Perform balance vendor reconciliation include clearing down payment & payment to vendor, and report all risk relevant to A/P aging.
- Coordinate plan payable with treasury team including document preparation and approval.
- Verify all invoices and supporting documents and ensure compliance with FI policies and procedures.
- Ensure an effective enforcement of finance policies and procedures.
- Perform all tasks assigned by direct line and management.
