1. Manage all Sales management functions including Sales forecast planning, Set up Sales Target, monitoring on sales performance and customer performance base on local requirement and global market
2. Set up Sales team to focus on Commodity products distribution in nationwide to achieve company goal
3. Set up and implement Sales strategy and implementation base on company policies
4. Manage and control Distribution coverage including set up itinerary, mapping for sales team, and manage customer at each area of coverage, maintain current outlet and find new outlet more, effective outlet
5. Customer Relation management: Maintain good relationship with our current customer and find more new customer
6. Daily Sales and report management: Collect and prepare Sales report including market report with analysis (market situation, Competitors,…) for both local and global market with analysis for management
7. Handle problem solving for both employee and customer from end to end
8. Staff management: Recruiting new staff, provided training to new staff and existing staff to improve their selling still from time to time, to make sure that 100% of your sales team got training, Monitoring, Evaluating and motivate them as much as you can

1. Males, age: 28-40years old
2. At least Bachelor Degree in sales and marketing or any related files
3. At least five years of Sales management experience or consultancy in Commodity products distribution in nationwide
4. Knowledge on how to manage product, customer, and market
5. Good command of Communication both English speaking and writing
6. Good personality and interpersonally skill
7. Strong Problem solving skill
8. Trustworthy with self-oriented and result oriented person
9. Be able to work under pressure, and long hour
10. Good organizational and time management skills
11. Excellent negotiation and internal & external relationship building
12. Computer literacy: MS Office, internet and email
13. Be able travelling to work at provinces by schedule
14. Good attitude with team player spirit
15. Willing to work as company policies and work instruction
