• Collect monthly payment of school fees from students.
• Follow up non-payments and record.
• Carry out financial assessments as discussed with Social Worker.
• Follow up student’s absences of two or more consecutive days or stopped attending. Report any identified concerns about student’s welfare to the
Social Worker.
• Prepare and keep a list of registered students (including the list of poor1, poor2, village certificate and the list of students who are in waiting list).
• Cash count and hand over to Finance every day.
• Update students list.

• Completed High School or studying at University.
• Good communication skill
• Good in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet E-mail.
• Good English.
• Hard working and willing to learn
• Have the ability to work as a team and honestly
