- To handle customer inquiries both telephone and e-mail.
- To assign resources to solve customer problems on time.
- To manage and deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
- To create cases in our CRM system
- To provide 24 hours service to customer.
- To satisfy customers requirements by identifying and prioritizing customer issues for solution.
- To provide excellent service to the customer.
- To follow standard operating procedure and policies of the company.
- To prepare monthly reports and complete call logs report as required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
- At least 1years Experience in relevant skills
- Good analytical skill
- Communication, Leadership and Negotiation skills
- Be pro-active, eager to learn and ability to work under pressure
- Be flexible to solve problems.
- Strong commitment, passion and self-motivation.
- Good command of English language
