• Support customer on phone, Email, Instant messenger and site visit
• Acknowledge Nagios alert and inform customer
• Support customer walk in front office
• Provide hotline, collect map and network diagram
• Add monitor alert and monitor bandwidth
• Monthly maintenance customer's connection
• Escalate critical case to team leader
• Follow instructions assigned by team leader and managements
• Prepare daily report and submit to team leader

• Bachelor degree of information technology or related field is required.
• Technical knowledge and skills in setting up network and connectivity infrastructures and e-mail
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, WAN, LAN, ADSL, DNS Networking, Cisco Router and Switch are advantage
• Certify CCNA is a plus
• Good English communication skills is a plus
• Loyal, honest, patient & positive aptitude
• Can work well under pressure
