#JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle for recruiting and selecting staff/workers
- Prepare staff/worker's contract;
- Update turnover of workers and staff;
- Check attendant of workers and staffs (OT, appraisal, probation, Sick leave, Annual leave etc.,
- Handle all problems at company related to staff, labor worker payroll to account officer
- Update all payroll, pay-slip data information to CEO/Director every day and monthly
- Set up attendance roster & fingerprint for all staff/workers
- Check and verify staff claim, invoices, ordering
- Check invoices with purchase, maintenance, office supply requests
- Control all motor-cycle and gasoline payment method
- Control Equipment in company problem
- Control all office supplies and maintenance
- Report all problems, memo to CEO/Director
- Summary Daily Report to CEO/Director all task necessary
- Perform other duties assigned by CEO/Director or Manager

#JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years’ proven work experiences as HR & Administrator
- Knowledge on computer Literacy Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, E-mail, Line, Facebook, Telegram etc.,
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law or company necessary suggestion
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Good in problem solving skill
- Able to work under pressure and multi jobs, OT necessary needed
- Able to manage the tasks assigned by CEO/Director or manager
- Honest, working hard, and quick learner, no excuse, more reasons, proud and only desire on salary but no achievement (DON’T BE APPLY)
