• Monitor daily sales activities by salesman and by channel.
• Check Itinerary and route call of each salesman to follow up route plan.
• Update list customer for each salesman.
• Update daily itinerary.
• Monitor and register new customer in system.
• Update daily sales activities achievement Vs target for each salesman by channel and provide daily target to salesman every morning.
• Monitor and verified POS.
• Follow up salesman to complete POS based on daily activities target.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales activities report for management.
• Handle CRM compliant from end to end.
• Assist salesman for any support need from company.
• Other job assigned by upper level.

• Male/Female, Age: 20-25 years old.
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Sales and Marketing or related field.
• Mini 1year work experience in Administration with various trading and distribution company.
• Good command of English communication both speaking and writing.
• Good command of Computer Literacy MS word, Excel, Power point.
• Good interpersonal Skill.
• Good negotiation and problem solving skill.
• Be able to work under pressure and limit timeline.
• Good Service mind set with positive though.
• Must be flexible and reliable person.
• Good attitude with team player spirit.
• Willing to learn.
