• Report of gasoline and diesel in stock.
• Control the stock of fuel (gasoline and diesel), and organize it properly for giving to staff at the end of every month.
• Prepare the purchase order of fuel every month for DCEO to sign before submitting to TELA staff.
• Distribute monthly gasoline to Amory staff (HQ and sites).
• Support the purchase order of computers, tables and printers.
• Control printers in office and sites.
• Add new asset in the list of fixed assets
• Handle staff complaints.
• Prepare staff’s birthday.
• Report walky talky monthly depreciation deduction from staffs.
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager.

• Associate’s Degree in related field.
• Prior administrative experience.
• Possess working knowledge of English
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Instagram and e-mail.
• Good mathematic skill.
• Good team spirit.
• Good communication.
• Good leadership skill.
• Good reporting skill.
• Attention to detail.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
