We are looking for an HR administrative assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.

The HR & Administration Assistant supports the company’s in all HR & Admin-related work, including the maintenance of HR records, processing and administration of employee benefits, disciplinary, training and related administrative tasks

Our HR & Administration Assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. If you are passionate about HR policies and procedures and want to help create a nourishing workplace, this position is for you.

Ultimately, you will gain HR & Administration experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR & Administration functions.


Human Resources

• Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
• Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, warnings, vacation and etc.
• Maintaining, organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation (soft and hard copies).
• Update and maintain the electronic records and timekeeping system.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, leaves and checking employee attendance.
• Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
• Provide support to staff, follow up and report any issues staffs are facing with the medical service providers.
• Assist in managing employee benefits (employee health insurance, employee insurance, etc.) and making sure any changes to employee or claim must be promptly and accurately.
• Assist in training / orientation new employees and answering questions communicated to the relevant parties involved.
• Helping team members plan and organize work activities and employee events.


• Provide administrative support to Head Office.
• To prepare and verified every office expense payments.
• Check and prepare monthly employees, accommodation and office assets report.
• Handle monthly request for groceries, maid supplies, stationary and medicine.
• Ensure the overall comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the office environment and hostels.
• Follow up repair and maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining records of all administrative expenses, staff office space, and other admin related.
• Assist in managing HR & Administration related documentations and ensure all documents relevant updates are made as required.
• Complete ad hoc HR and Administration tasks as required.


• Bachelor of Human Resources Management or similar relevant field.
• Previous working experience as an HR& Administration Assistant for at least one (1) year.
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Time Attendance software.
• Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally in English.
• Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

**Working Days and Hours
-Monday to Friday (Day off on Sat & Sun)
