Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure new employees have fulfilled all required documents and forms in accordance with HR policy before confirming the employment. The required documents include employment contract, guarantee certificate, criminal record, etc.;
• Assist Personnel Unit Manager in preparing documents for the deal with Ministry of Labor or Department of Labor;
• Prepare and/or renew employment contracts for new and existing employees within timeline;
• Prepare and disseminate information/decision on the appointment of demotion, rotation, promotion, and termination etc. in accordance with the management’s decision and arrangement to all relevant parties and branches;
• Manage staffing module through registering employee data, updating employee transaction, verifying staff dependents data, etc. to ensure the data is accurate, complete, and up to date in the HRIS system;
• Prepare and maintain the reports and documents for the inspection department from the Ministry of Labor, managements, partners, donors, and/or NH Bank headquarters as required;
• Deal with Ministry of Labor or Department of Labor for all relevant matters of labor law compliances of all employees as well as the institution;
• Manage private insurance registration (buying and deleting) to ensure all staff are fully coverage following the policy;
• Prepare HRIS reports including staff movement report, leave record, attendance report as required;
• Carry out other tasks as may be assigned by the Personnel Unit Manager and/or Senior HR and Admin Manager.

• Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in doing HR and admin roles.
• Sound written and verbal English communication skills.
• Computer Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Knowledge of NSSF and Labour Law is preferred.
