• Responsible for leading, delegating, and guiding interior designer team in designing internal relevant projects
• Assist architect supervisor for architectural work including Architectural plan, shop drawing and detail, 3D modelling
• Produce architectural drawing and issue work drawing for construction for AY City project, Greenfield, Military, and Kob Srov Land and other related work
• Revise architectural plan for construction AY City and other construction project
• Conduct site visit and produce site reports
• Assist the manager in daily operations such as scheduling, arranging meeting, and more technical work
• Involve in design, production planning and execution.
• Review and planning of all the tasks with team members to assure the progress is within control.
• Comply the client requirement while creatively developing the design to meet cost, quality and standards
• Review Shop Drawing and schedule for timely submission to Line Manager or Client
• Site inspection (checking and correcting) during construction and progress reports.
• Provide technical solution when problems occur during construction progress.
• Check and verify technical drawing before submitting to top management/client/construction team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
