- Manage a daily operation
- Set and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality
- Liaise with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and involvement in networks
- Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
- Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and plan training sessions
- Record statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and prepare reports
- Handle the most complex customer complaints or enquiries
- Organize staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
- Coach, motivate and retain staff and coordinate bonus, reward and incentive schemes
- Forecast and analyze data against budget figures on a weekly or monthly basis
- Be able to provide support 24/7 to customers
- Do other tasks assigned by direct manager

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related fields
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the same position
- Good management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints
- Ability to work with others and maintain good relationships with them
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of effective and efficient results
- Good command of English language
