Responsibilities

1. Perform secretarial and office administrative duties
2. Daily checking all department attendance
3. Supporting New Hire Orientation activities
4. Follow up repair and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
5. Verify office expenses and payments
6. Handle employee accident case and process claim with insurance company
7. Ordering groceries, maid supplies, stationary and medicine.
8. Enters data and maintains electronic records including the HR information System (HRIS) and timekeeping system. Runs reports as necessary. Audits work to ensure accuracy
9. Respond to employee questions regarding all HR areas
10. Check and prepare monthly employees, accommodation and office assets report
11. Assist in the planning and organization of employee events
12. Performing other assignments as requested by superior
