- Planning, implementing, coordination, and determining the optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals and objectives
- Managing the manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget
- Coordination in manufacturing with Sales & Marketing, Finance & Account, and other departments as well as with vendors and shippers
- Leading the manufacturing workers to produce the products with standards and internal quality requirements
- Hire, train, and evaluate the manufacturing workers and monitor workers to ensure they meet the standard performance and safety requirements.
- Analyse the manufacturing data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and utilize methods of making manufacturing process more efficient and effective.
- Write the manufacturing reports and present to top management.
- Coordination all corrective actions of any manufacturing problems that may arise and work with management in development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Assisting the team and management when needed.
