 Manage and control all kind of administrative document
 Control and process the internal document
 Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
 Maintain customer contact lists
 Develop and maintain a filing system
 Manage and submit Income & expense reports
 Generate reports
 Prepare and monitor invoices & Agreement
 Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

 Bachelor degree in administrative management or other related field
 At least 1 year working experience in related field
 Knowledge of office work management systems and procedures
 Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
 Attention to detail and problem solving skills
 Proficient in Office work
 Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
 Good at English for communication
 Be patient, good at self-motivation and team work
 Honest, integrity and willing to learn new things
 Be able to work with shift schedule (Weekend and public holiday shift)
