 To set KPI for each dealer following the annual budget plan
 To monitor performance and provide field support to each dealer through regular meeting for a better improvement
 To develop visualize tool for supporting dealer operation
 To ensure the good implementation of Customer Service process
 To support on warranty policy and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
 To collaborate with Customer Relation department to enhance appointment activity, Periodic Maintenance reminder, Post Service Follow Up, and
Customer Satisfaction Index to achieve high customer retention
 To collaborate with Customer Service marketing for a better understanding on operation performance of
each dealer and seek for improvement
 To ensure timely and accurate Customer Service report
 To perform other tasks assigned by Management

• University degree in General Management or other related fields
• Good knowledge of communication
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement
• Good at problem solving
• Strong time management and result-oriented toward the job
• Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis
• Proficiency in English language
