- Manage procedure, ATM and Merchant for profitability and growth covering on these e channels.
- Develop strategy for ATM and merchant acceptance, and management.
- Liaise with international payment companies to explore the new card products and services to feed the market need to increase the non-interest income to the bank.
- Work with sales and marketing team on sale target and marketing related activities including campaign and promotional for increasing the number of transactions, number of ATM and Merchant Acceptance.
- Manage service standard of ATM and merchant acceptance, customer feedback/experience and issues relating to these e channel, development and enhancement projects including project planning, business requirement and user acceptance test.
- Conduct data analytic to improve overall acquiring business, including merchant acquisition, ATM relocation, transaction, event trigger offering.
- Develop the necessary material and provide training/refreshment to branches and other related departments existing/new e channel/services and Develop value proposition for various customer segments and provide recommendation on product offering for enhancement and development.
- Own the responsible for all compliance related to scheme card rule & procedure.
- Perform other tasks assigned by head of department

- Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, banking & finance or equivalent degree is required.
- 3 years’ experience in Acquiring scheme & e-Payment performance management and project management at banks or MFIs.
- Good sales and marketing skills, using data for marketing program and campaign design.
- Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill.
- Be able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
- Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus.
- Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
- Be available to travel to rural areas.
