- Develop and deliver the strategic plan policies business plan operations and work procedures to align with Property Management’s mission and vision. - Develop and manage property budgets including management fees rent utility fee collection and expense control. - Lead all departments to effectively follow policies and standard operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the most efficient operating model. - Lead all departments such as Customer Service Account operations Housekeeping HR Admin Security Leasing and Marketing to achieve targets by implementing effective monitoring and evaluating processes and procedures. - Foster positive relationships with external investors including property owners tenants vendors contractors and government authorities. - Cooperate with the centralized Maintenance Department to effectively implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the safety functionality and aesthetics of the property portfolio including inspections repairs and renovations. - Develop and implement effective customer satisfaction surveys from residents and act immediately on survey results. - Ensure that the customer services team works closely with the Sales Department and Construction Department to solve all problems during the handover process. - Stay updated on local real estate market trends and regulatory requirements. - Lead the property leasing activities including preparing and executing lease agreements renewals and terminations; handle tenant disputes complaints and lease violations in accordance with company policies. - Effectively Manage staff in the hiring process performance management staff development engagement and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications or related field. - 5-7 years of professional experience in marketing event planning or related field. - Experience interpreting consumer data and making business recommendations to drive event performance. - Good interpersonal with strong communication and presentation skills both Khmer English - Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects at the executive level. - Proven analytical and data decision-making capabilities. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
