- Create strategy plan for loan disbursement to credit department included own target and enlarge operational areas that meet target segmentation; - Train orient and coach team members regarding to policy procedure guideline and memos to ensure they fully comply and build up strong team communication; - Maintain good relationship with new and existing customer; - Ensure all loan profiles comply with internal policies guideline and regulation; - Update maintain develop and implement the institution’s policies structure processes guidelines and new lending platform in order to meet all goals and objective. - Work closely with credit team and responsible for the support and lead of credit department; - Preparing and submitting loan assessment to credit committee; - Monitor on risk management related to loan portfolio and overall performing and report on periodic basis; - Control on loan quality and minimize problem such as NPL PAR overdue recovery or write off. - Conduct market research to identify gap of internal products with other MFIs or Bank and make key improvement if necessary; - Anticipate internal meeting especially with management or join any workshop conference and seminars. - To be a recruitment panel for screening shortlisting interview and select candidates for credit department; - Cooperate with HR department and senior management to create KPIs for department staff; - Conduct on staff annual appraisal and probation performance review on time basis; - Other task assign by Management.
- Bachelor or Master in Banking and Finance Business Administration and other; - Minimum 5 years experiences in credit skill with MFIs or Bank and minimum 3 years as supervisor level; - Good understanding of credit analysis and assessment; - Good at collaterals evaluation; - Strong skill in Ms. Office (Words Excel Power point Outlook etc.); - Good communication and interpersonal skill; - Flexible friendly team build and goal oriented; - Good of English for both writing and speaking; - And can work under pressure and deadline committed.
